These Terms & Conditions apply to this website and to text messages from Your Affordable Insurance Agency, Inc. By using this website or our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

We help clients in Illinois and Wisconsin compare and buy auto, home, renters, business and commercial trucking insurance from insurance companies we work with. Information on this website is general and is not a promise of coverage, price or eligibility. Every policy is subject to the insurance company’s underwriting, terms, conditions and exclusions.

Quotes and coverage

Submitting a request through this website, by phone, by text or by email does not bind, change or start any insurance coverage. Coverage begins only when confirmed in writing by the insurance company. Quotes depend on the information you provide and may change. Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Program description: When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, in our website quote form, by texting us first, or by asking us in person or by phone), Your Affordable Insurance Agency, Inc. may send you text messages about:

• your insurance quote or renewal request and follow-up questions about it;
• your policies: documents, ID cards, policy changes, payment and renewal reminders;
• appointment reminders and confirmations;
• answers to questions you send us and other customer service.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any insurance product or service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive recurring messages depending on your requests, your policies and your appointments.
